This guy is awesome! I sent him what I thought to be a fully functional laptop, and upon receiving it he found it faulty. This guy didn't fuss or get mad he tracked the problem down to a faulty sad drive and I sent him a replacement and then he even reimbursed my shipping to him! That is understanding from a buyer that things go wrong but it can be worked out.
